The service

Textback Advisor is an AI-powered communication assistant that suggests replies and provides perspective on messages you receive. Suggestions are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only — they are not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and you are responsible for what you choose to send.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions and billing

Textback Advisor Pro is offered as a weekly ($8.99) or annual ($49.99) auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. The free plan includes 5 replies per month.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the app, or use generated replies to harass, deceive, or harm others.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textback Advisor is not liable for outcomes resulting from messages you choose to send.
