What we collect

Account details (such as your email address and name), the messages and conversation context you paste or share with the app, the replies we generate for you, replies you choose to save, and basic usage information that helps us run and improve the service.

How we use your information

Your messages are processed by our AI provider solely to generate your reply suggestions and advisor reads. We use account and usage information to operate the app, enforce plan limits, and improve reply quality. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your messages for advertising.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. We never see or store your payment card details.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, conversation history, and saved replies from our systems.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run Textback Advisor: Neon (database hosting), our AI provider (reply generation), Apple, and RevenueCat (subscription management).
